Our full course is comprised of 4 video training modules featuring first hand experiences, expert commentary, interactive resources, and knowledge assessment.

Film Screening

Film screenings are paired with a roundtable or panel discussion. This training is designed to bring awareness to neurodiversity in the workplace and build understanding and empathy toward neurodivergent talent. (90 minute minimum)

Module Based Training 

Package a film screening (37 minutes) with content from 2, 3 or 4 modules to target specific areas of learning. This training is designed to take learners beyond awareness to action.

Neurodiversity &Trauma (The Human Experience) Part of the neurodiversity paradigm - In this training, we’ll review what is meant by trauma and how that applies to neurodiversity. Using a mix of training through slides, film, and discussions.

Full Training Course

Our full training features a film screening and all topics covered in the e-learning series, as well as breakout discussions and exercises. We take learners from awareness to action as they learn about neurodiversity, understand the benefits of a neurodiverse workplace, and learn what is needed to attract, hire, retain and support neurodivergent talent.

This training is designed to immerse learners in comprehensive content over a full day or two half-day training sessions.
